“A generation born into debt, and struggle where the ties to the natural world are becoming fewer and farther between, the forty hour work week ends and a new one begins, all the rats in the rat race chase the dream of financial security only to find that it is unattainable, the politicians who are supposed to represent us cut us out of the loop and pass laws that are geared towards the wealthy, and the police lay boots to skulls of hand cuffed citizens for all the world to see. We turn to art through music to cull the anger and give our existence meaning because despite all of this there is hope to be found in ourselves and the younger generations to come.”
