The Details
Join us at the Waverley Hotel for a dance party hosted by Little Island Productions, aka the Naked DJ’s.
Earth Day is a day that is intended to inspire awareness and appreciation for the Earth’s natural environment. It corresponds to spring in the Northern Hemisphere and autumn in the Southern Hemisphere. Numerous communities celebrate Earth Week, an entire week of activities focused on environmental issues. In 2009, the United Nations designated April 22 International Mother Earth Day.
Featured guest:
Emily Spiller
Singer. Songwriter. Musician. Vocal experimentalist. Collaborator. Independent artist.
Emily Spiller is the next Adele, the new Duffy. A mix of Zap Mama & Feist meets Amy Winehouse. A mash up of blues, jazz, and soul infused vocals that simultaneously ache and soothe. The room falls silent when Emily sings. She finishes her set and leaves you wanting more.
