Wednesday, July 16, 2008

This technically dazzling outfit uses fingerboards to leap stylistic boundaries and fuse intricate styles.

At Joe’s Garage in Courtenay
Wednesday, July 16

The Details

This technically dazzling outfit uses fingerboards to leap stylistic boundaries and fuse intricate styles. The result is a smartly intellectual and yet deeply moving sound that’s a true Canadian original: jazz forms sliding over a rootsy bluegrass base, with flashes of chamber music, reverence and avant-garde experimentation.

This beautiful organic music, presented with a wry sense of humor will start at 8:30 PM

Advance Tickets $15 at Joe’s Garage 115-5th St. reserve by phoning 702- MILO (6456)
