Chali 2na With his unmistakable baritone voice and 6-and-a-half foot charm, Chali 2na has established himself as one of hip-hop’s preeminent and most charismatic personalities. He’s also garnered renowned praise as a visual artist across a wide spectrum of mediums. Most known for co-founding music groups, Jurassic 5 and Ozomatli, Chali released his debut solo album “Fish Outta Water” in 2009. Since then, he has been touring the world with his 3-piece band known as the House Of Vibe. Breathing new life into his musical past, he recently announced “Against The Current”, a music and art project that combines a series of genre bending EPs with a coffee table book featuring original artwork and photography from Chali himself. Chali relocated from Chicago to LA in the early 80’s when he was entering his teens and was instantly engulfed by the worlds of hip hop and graffiti. As his music career began to flourish, his artistic talents also expanded past the walls of city streets and onto canvas and into galleries. Now, as Chali’s collection continues to grow he is finding unique ways to share his visual art with the world, and demand for it is snowballing. In 2013, he reunited with Jurassic 5 for a long run of Festival appearances and a World Tour premiering at Coachella. Chali’s growing reputation as a Hip Hop Legend paints a bright future as he continues to build momentum with his artwork, voice-over work, and an increasing variety of performance collaborations including his most recent partnership with UK Producer, Krafty Kuts.

The Gaff is a soulful brother on the wheels of steel, a lifelong DJ with tight skills & cuts, a lengthy list of accomplishments, tonnes of records, heart & class. Gaff is also a renowned Producer, using ableton live, vintage equipment and a substantial record collection of over 10 000 lp’s & 45’s. One foot in the future, and one foot in the past. The Gaff’s purpose is in elevating Hip Hop, Dance, Club and Electronic Sounds to a level easily combined with Funk, Soul & Jazz; resulting in amazing performances & instrumental production. The Gaff has rocked prestigious parties & clubs far & wide, NYC to LA: either by all vinyl 45 sets, or destroying it with tight scratching and turntable kung fu. Having released the acclaimed & highly successful mix; “Soul Sisters Stand Up” with friend Skratch Bastid in 2012, the future holds a list of steady production releases as well as his long awaited debut album. The Gaff is often referred to as A DJ’s’ DJ, cited as a top favourite amongst some of the worldʼs best & titled by peers as one of Canada’s greatest.
